If you model it so detailed - the windows could use an inner and (different) outer sill, an openable frame and not just an outer frame for fixing the glass - otherwise you'll only be able to enjoy the balcony when looking at it from the inside.
gut gemacht, aber bei Detailfülle sind ein paar wichtige Details vergessen worden..
Mir gefallen vor allem die vielen Möbel. sind die aus einer Bibliothek oder hast du die selber modelliert?

I think the biggest difference between the two, is the way the other incorporated the units lighting into the floor plan, almost making in feel alive and lived in. Aside from that your texturing, interior design and all of that are wonderful... it looks fantastic!
Is this done for a real project too?
